These terms and conditions, along with the documents referenced below (the “Terms”), govern your use of this website (the “Website”) and its associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing the Website and using the Service, you acknowledge the following:

3.10. You must not attempt to manipulate any market or element within the Service in bad faith or in a way that negatively impacts the integrity of the Service or us.
3.11. You must always act in good faith in your dealings with us and while making any bets using the Service.
3.12. You, or your employees, agents, employers, or family members, must not be registered as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program.
4.1. You must not use the Service:
4.1.1. If you are under 18 years of age (or below the legal age as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction), or if you are not legally capable of entering into a binding agreement with us, or if you are acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, a person under 18 years old (or below the legal age in your jurisdiction);

4.1.5. To disrupt or unfairly influence the activities of other Customers or the general operation of the Service;
4.1.6. To promote unsolicited commercial ads, affiliate links, or other forms of solicitation that could be removed from the Service without notice;
4.1.7. In any way that could reasonably be considered an attempt to: (i) cheat the Service or another Customer using the Service; or (ii) collude with another Customer to gain an unfair advantage;
4.1.8. To scrape our odds or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights;
4.1.9. For any unlawful activity.
4.2. You may not sell or transfer your Account to any third party, nor acquire a player account from a third party.
4.3. You are prohibited from transferring funds between player accounts in any manner.
4.4. We may terminate your Account immediately upon written notice if you use the Service for unauthorized purposes. We may also take legal action against you if warranted.
4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional partners, contractors, retailers, and immediate family members of each are not allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent from the Company Director or CEO. If such activity is discovered, the account(s) will be terminated immediately, and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

5.2. Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form, read, and accept these Terms. To start betting or withdraw your winnings, we may require you to verify your identity, which may include providing valid identification and other documents, such as a picture ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) and a recent utility bill as proof of your address. We reserve the right to suspend or limit Account options until we receive the required documentation. This process complies with applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws. Additionally, you will need to fund your Account using the payment methods listed on our Website.
5.3. You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address (“Registered Email Address”), and update it as necessary. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current. Failure to do so may prevent you from receiving important notifications and information, including updates to these Terms. We use your Registered Email Address to communicate with you, and it is your responsibility to maintain an active email account and inform us of any changes. If you fail to provide an updated email address, your Account may be suspended. If you intentionally provide false or inaccurate personal information, we will suspend your Account and may take legal action and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
5.4. You are permitted to have only one Account with the Service. If we find you have multiple Accounts, we will close them immediately. This includes cases where accounts are registered through representatives, family members, affiliates, or any third parties acting on your behalf.
5.5. To verify your financial status and identity, we may ask for additional personal information, such as your full name, or use third-party services to verify your information. If we obtain data from third parties, we will inform you of the information we have collected.
5.6. You must keep your password secure. If your Account details are entered correctly, we are entitled to assume that any bets, deposits, or withdrawals were made by you. We recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing it with anyone. You are responsible for protecting your password, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access. If you suspect your Account or email address has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. Once we are notified of a potential breach, we will suspend your Account and take appropriate steps to verify your identity.
5.7. You must not transmit or display any content or information from the Service to another Customer or any third party via screen capture or other similar methods, nor should you frame or display such information in any way that differs from how it would appear if accessed directly via the Service.
5.8. When registering, you will have access to various currencies for deposits, withdrawals, and bets. Some payment methods may not process all currencies, in which case a processing currency and conversion calculator will be displayed.
5.9. We are under no obligation to open an Account for you, and the sign-up page is simply an invitation to treat. We have full discretion whether to accept or reject your application, and we are not required to provide a reason for any refusal.
5.10. Upon receiving your application, we may request further information or documentation to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.
6.1. Accounts may support multiple currencies, and in such cases, all account balances and transactions will be displayed in the currency used for each specific transaction.
6.2. We do not offer credit for the use of the Service.
6.3. We may close or suspend an Account if we reasonably believe that you are not complying with these Terms, or to ensure the integrity or fairness of the Service, or if we have other valid reasons to do so. We may not always be able to give prior notice. If your Account is closed or suspended due to non-compliance with these Terms, we may cancel or void any of your bets and withhold any funds in your Account, including your deposit.
6.4. We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and return all funds. However, any contractual obligations that have already matured will still be honored.
6.5. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any wager at any time for any reason, including if we suspect that a bet is placed fraudulently in an attempt to bypass our betting limits or system regulations.
6.6. If any amount is mistakenly credited to your Account, it remains our property. Once we become aware of the error, we will notify you, and the amount will be withdrawn from your Account.
6.7. If your Account goes overdrawn for any reason, you will owe us the amount overdrawn.
6.8. You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any errors related to your Account.
6.9. Please remember that betting should be for entertainment and enjoyment. If it stops being fun, you should stop. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you feel that you have lost control of your gambling, we offer a self-exclusion option. To use this, send a message to our Customer Support Department from your Registered Email Address, requesting to self-exclude. This request will be processed within 24 hours, and your account will be disabled until further notice, preventing you from logging in.
6.10. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to another person. This includes transferring any assets of value, including account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, and associated rights or claims. The prohibition extends to all forms of transfer, including encumbrance, pledging, assignment, trading, brokering, hypothecation, or gifting, whether involving third parties, fiduciaries, or legal entities.
6.11. If you wish to close your account with us, please send an email from your Registered Email Address to our Customer Support Department through the links provided on the Website.
7.1. We will charge an Inactive Account Fee of €5 (or the equivalent in your currency) per calendar month if:
7.2. You will be notified that we will begin charging the Inactive Account Fee after eleven months of inactivity. At that point, you will always have the option to log in and withdraw your funds.
7.3. The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted from your Account on a monthly basis, provided that your Account still has a positive balance. The fee will only apply for the period following the initial twelve months of inactivity. If the balance in your Account is less than €5 (or the equivalent currency) when the fee is due, the fee will be taken from the remaining funds in your Account.
8.1. All deposits must be made from an account, payment system, or credit card registered in your own name. Deposits made in a currency other than your account’s currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate from oanda.com or the prevailing rate of exchange from our bank or payment processor. Please note that some payment systems may charge additional currency conversion fees, which will be deducted from the amount you deposit.
8.2. Fees and charges may apply to customer deposits and withdrawals, which can be found on the Website. In most cases, we absorb transaction fees for deposits to your account at https://www.baji.live. However, you are responsible for any bank charges you may incur when depositing funds with us.
8.3. We are not a financial institution and use third-party electronic payment processors to handle credit and debit card deposits. These payments are not processed directly by us. If you deposit funds using a credit or debit card, your Account will only be credited once we receive an approval and authorization code from your payment issuing institution. If your card issuer does not provide such authorization, your Account will not be credited with the funds.
8.4. You agree to fully pay any payments and charges due to us or payment providers in connection with your use of the Service. You also agree not to initiate any chargebacks or cancel, reverse, or renounce any of your deposits. In the event of such actions, you agree to refund and compensate us for any unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred in the collection process. Any winnings resulting from bets made using those charged-back funds will be forfeited. Additionally, you acknowledge that your player account is not a bank account and is not insured or protected by any deposit or banking insurance system, including in your local jurisdiction. The funds in your account do not earn interest.
8.5. If you accept any of our promotional or bonus offers by entering a bonus code during deposit, you agree to the Terms of Bonuses and the specific terms for each bonus.
8.6. Funds originating from criminal, illegal, or unauthorized activities must not be deposited with us.
8.7. If you deposit using a credit card, we recommend keeping a copy of the transaction records and a copy of these Terms for your records.
8.8. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction where you are located. If this is the case, you are not authorized to use your payment card to deposit on this site. It is your responsibility to be aware of the laws surrounding online gambling in your country of residence.
9.1. You may withdraw any unutilized and cleared funds in your player account by submitting a withdrawal request according to our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is €10 (or equivalent in another currency), except in the case of account closure, where you may withdraw the full balance.
9.2. There are no withdrawal fees if you have wagered your deposit at least once. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an 8% fee, with a minimum of €4 (or the equivalent in your account currency), in order to combat money laundering.
9.3. We reserve the right to request photo ID, address confirmation, or additional verification procedures (such as requesting a selfie or arranging a verification call) for identity verification before allowing any withdrawals from your account. We may also perform identity verification at any point during your relationship with us.
9.4. All withdrawals must be made to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank account, etc.) used to deposit funds into your account. We may, at our discretion, allow withdrawals to a different payment method, but this will always be subject to additional security checks.
9.5. If you wish to withdraw funds but your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
9.6. If your balance is at least 10 times larger than the total amount of your deposits, the maximum withdrawal limit will be €5,000 (or the equivalent in your currency) per month. Otherwise, the maximum withdrawal amount per month is €10,000.
9.7. Please note that we cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if you violate the Restricted Use Policy outlined in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
10.1. You are fully responsible for paying all amounts owed to us. You must make all payments in good faith and must not attempt to reverse a payment or take any action that would cause a third party to reverse the payment in order to avoid a legitimate liability. If you initiate a charge-back, denial, or reversal of any payment, you agree to reimburse us for any loss suffered as a result. We also reserve the right to impose an administration fee of €50 (or the equivalent in your currency) for each charge-back, denial, or reversal of payment you initiate.
10.2. We reserve the right to use third-party electronic payment processors and/or merchant banks to process payments made by you. By using these services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third parties involved, provided they are made aware to you and do not conflict with these Terms.
10.3. All transactions made on our site may be subject to checks to prevent money laundering or terrorist financing activities. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
11.1. In the event of a system error or malfunction, all bets will be considered void. You are obligated to inform us immediately upon discovering any errors with the Service. If communication issues, system errors, bugs, or viruses occur in relation to the Service and/or payments made due to defects or errors, we will not be held liable for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses, or claims resulting from such errors. We reserve the right to void all affected games/bets and take any necessary corrective action.
11.2. While we strive to avoid errors in posting bookmaker lines, if, due to human error or system issues, a bet is accepted at odds that are: materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was placed; or clearly incorrect based on the chances of the event occurring, we reserve the right to cancel or void that wager. This also applies to any wagers placed after an event has already started.
11.3. We reserve the right to recover any overpaid amounts and adjust your account to correct any mistakes. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a price is incorrect or where a result is entered incorrectly. If there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the outstanding amount, we may require you to pay the relevant amount for any erroneous bets or wagers. We also reserve the right to cancel, reduce, or delete any pending wagers, regardless of whether the funds used resulted from the error.
12.1. The winner of an event will be determined based on the event’s settlement date. We will not recognize any protested or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
12.2. All results posted will be considered final after 72 hours. No queries will be entertained after this period. Within 72 hours of posting results, we will only correct or reset results if there was human error, system error, or a mistake made by the source providing the results.
12.3. If a match result is overturned by the governing body of the match during the payout period, all money will be refunded.
12.4. If a draw occurs in a game where a draw option is offered, all stakes on the team win or lose will be lost. If a draw option is not offered, everyone will receive a refund if the match ends in a draw. In cases where a draw option is not available, any extra time played will count.
12.5. If we cannot validate a result, such as when the feed broadcasting the event is interrupted and cannot be verified by another source, we may, at our discretion, deem the wagers on that event invalid and refund the wagers.
12.6. The minimum and maximum wager amounts on all events will be determined by us and may change without prior written notice. We also reserve the right to adjust limits on individual accounts.
12.7. Customers are fully responsible for their own account transactions. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. We do not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers and will not entertain requests related to discrepancies such as missing or duplicated plays. Customers are encouraged to review their transactions in the “My Account” section of the site after each session to ensure all wagers were accepted.
12.8. A matchup will be considered valid as long as the two teams are correct, regardless of the league header under which it appears on our Website.
12.9. The start dates and times displayed on the Website for eSports matches are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. If a match is suspended or postponed and is not resumed within 72 hours from the scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have no action, and wagers will be refunded. However, wagers on whether a team/player advances in a tournament or wins the tournament will remain valid, regardless of a suspended or postponed match.
12.10. If an event is posted with an incorrect date, all wagers will be considered valid based on the date announced by the governing body.
12.11. If a team uses stand-ins, the result will still be valid, as it was the team’s decision to use the stand-ins.
12.12. We reserve the right to remove events, markets, and any other products from the Website.

13.1. All communications and notices you need to send to us under these Terms must be submitted using the Customer Support form on the Website.
13.2. All communications and notices we need to send to you under these Terms will, unless specified otherwise, be posted on the Website and/or sent to the Registered Email Address we have on file for you. The method of communication will be at our sole discretion.
13.3. All communications and notices under these Terms, whether from you or us, must be in writing and in the English language. They must be sent to and from the Registered Email Address associated with your Account.
13.4. Occasionally, we may contact you by email to provide information about betting, unique promotional offers, and other updates from https://www.baji.live. By agreeing to these Terms during your registration, you consent to receiving such emails. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time by submitting a request to Customer Support.
We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to an event of Force Majeure, which could reasonably be considered outside our control, even if we have taken reasonable preventative measures. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, trade or labor disputes, power outages, actions or omissions by any government or authority, disruption or failure of telecommunication services, or any other delay or failure caused by a third party. In these circumstances, we will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.
15.1. Limit of Responsibility We will not pay you for any loss or damage that you might expect if we fail to do what we promised in these terms. However, if we break any laws (like causing harm due to negligence), we won’t be responsible if the problem is because of:

15.2. Maximum Liability If we are found responsible for something under these terms, the maximum amount we will pay you is either the value of the bets you made related to the issue or €500, whichever is less.

16.1. Age Verification
If we think or are told that you are under 18 years old (or below the legal age in your area) when you placed bets using our service, we will lock your account. This means you won’t be able to place more bets or withdraw money. We will then check if you were betting for someone else who is under 18. If we find out that:

You were under 18 when you placed bets.
You were betting for someone under 18:
We will keep any winnings in your account.
You must give back any winnings you got while underage.

If you use our name or logo without permission, we might take legal action against you.
18.2. Ownership Rights

22.1. If you have any concerns or questions regarding these Terms you should contact our Customer Service Department via the links on the Website and use your Registered Email Address in all communication with us.
22.2. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, WE TAKE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY WHEN RESPONDING TO ANY COMPLAINT THAT WE RECEIVED OR TOOK ACTION IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
22.3. If a Customer is not satisfied with how a bet has been settled then the Customer should provide details of their grievance to our Customer Service Department. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to respond to queries of this nature within a few days (and in any event we intend to respond to all such queries within 28 days of receipt).
22.4. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honoured after this period. The Customer is solely responsible for their Account transactions.
22.5. In the event of a dispute arising between you and us our Customer Service Department will attempt to reach an agreed solution. Should our Customer Service Department be unable to reach an agreed solution with you, the matter will be escalated to our management.
22.6. Should all efforts to resolve a dispute to the Customer’s satisfaction have failed, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.
You cannot transfer these terms or any of your responsibilities under them to someone else without our written permission. We will not unreasonably deny this permission.
We, however, can transfer our rights and responsibilities to another party without needing your consent. This other party must be able to provide a service that is as good as ours. We will let you know about this change by posting a notice on our service.
If any part of these terms is found by a court or authority to be unenforceable or invalid, we will change that part so it can be enforced as closely as possible to what was originally intended, following the law. The rest of these terms will still be valid and enforceable.
